SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed 7 days a week. Please allow us 48-72 hours to process your order.

  • If address changes need to be made to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. If you fail to contact us with the changes, we will ship to the address provided.

  • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to show. 

  • Once your payment has cleared, you will recieve an email when your order has been processed (may take up 72 hours). You will also receive a second email when your order is shipped which will include the tracking number.

  • For international orders, please allow 7-21 business days to receive your order. 

  • Once your order is outside of the US, it is your responsibility to follow up with your tracking information. Once your order says delivered, we will assume you have received your order.

  • We are NOT responsible for custom fees for international orders.

  • All Pre-Orders will go out on the actual launching date.


Return & Exchange Policy

  • All Sales are Final and can not be cancelled once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sanitary reasons.

  •  If a product is damaged (manufacturing damage), we will replace it once evidence of a damaged product is provided and the damaged item is shipped back to us (we are not responsible for shipping charge). We can not replace or exchange used items.

  • Please note that we DO NOrefund money by any circumstances.

  • If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee for us to ship it again.
